Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of human resource management practices—namely training, career development, and compensation—on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Barat. The research adopts a quantitative approach, with employees of the organization serving as respondents. The total population consists of 49 employees, from which 40 individuals were selected as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that improving employee performance requires stronger managerial support, particularly through motivation and 
guidance from supervisors to encourage participation in training programs. In addition, the organization is advised to implement regular post-training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives and their impact on employee performance.
