This issue of Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi Manajemen Dan Bisnis (EKMABIS) (Vol. 4, No. 1, February 2026) comprises six original articles. The first study analyzes fatal incident triggers among workers at PT Freeport Indonesia, focusing on human, technical, and environmental factors. The second examines service quality as a strategic driver of external customer satisfaction in a semi-international school in Indonesia. The third presents a cost-benefit analysis of tourism-based MSMEs at Carita Beach. The fourth investigates the effect of teaching experience and organizational culture on teacher performance, with work motivation as a mediator, at Harapan Ibu Islamic School. The fifth provides a systematic review of zakat's effectiveness in empowering civil society through mustahik consumption behavior.
