The first study analyzes fatal incident triggers among workers at PT Freeport Indonesia, focusing on human, technical, and environmental factors. The second examines service quality as a strategic driver of external customer satisfaction in a semi-international school in Indonesia. The third presents a cost-benefit analysis of tourism-based MSMEs at Carita Beach. The fourth investigates the effect of teaching experience and organizational culture on teacher performance, with work motivation as a mediator, at Harapan Ibu Islamic School.
