Student Research Horizon (SRH) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of STIE Ganesha. The journal provides a platform for student research publication in the fields of Economics, Management, Accounting, and Business.

Aim – SRH aims to expand student access to scientific publication, encourage research dissemination in economics and business, and support the development of academic writing skills among undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Scope – SRH accepts original manuscripts from student research using quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, case study, and systematic literature review approaches. The journal focuses on four core disciplines aligned with the study programs: Management, Accounting, Economics, and Business.

The Management field covers theoretical and practical studies on organizational and MSME performance improvement. Key topics include Human Resource Management (recruitment, training, motivation, job satisfaction, turnover, organizational culture, leadership), Marketing Management (consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, marketing strategy), Operations and Supply Chain Management (production planning, logistics, inventory control, quality management), Strategic Management (SWOT analysis, business model innovation), MSME and Entrepreneurship Management, as well as Organizational Behavior and Performance.

The Accounting field covers accounting systems, practices, and regulations for business and public sectors. Key topics include Financial Accounting (financial statement preparation, PSAK, IFRS), Management Accounting (cost accounting, budgeting, profitability analysis), Auditing and Assurance (internal audit, external audit, forensic accounting), Taxation (income tax, VAT, tax planning), Accounting Information Systems (ERP systems, accounting technology), and Sharia Accounting.

The Economics field analyzes microeconomic, macroeconomic, and development phenomena. Key topics include Microeconomics (demand and supply theory, market structure), Macroeconomics (inflation, unemployment, fiscal and monetary policy), Development Economics (poverty, inequality, digital economy), Islamic Economics (Islamic finance, banking), Financial Economics (capital markets, risk management, fintech), and Applied Econometrics.

The Business field covers practical and theoretical studies on modern business management. Key topics include Entrepreneurship (startups, business model canvas), Digital Business (e-commerce, digital transformation, fintech), Business Ethics and Corporate Governance (CSR, sustainability, ESG reporting), Business Risk Management, International Business (export-import, global supply chains), and Business Innovation and Technology (business analytics, AI applications).

Scope Limitation: Manuscripts must be relevant to Economics, Management, Accounting, or Business. Submissions outside these fields will be desk-rejected.
