Scope 

Ganesha Digital Business Review (GDBR) accepts original manuscripts that have not been previously published using quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, systematic literature review, or case study approaches. The scope covers a wide range of areas in digital business, including E-Commerce and the Platform Economy, which encompasses marketplace business models, social commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), live commerce, creator economy, and digital consumer behavior. It also includes Digital Marketing and Consumer Technology, focusing on digital marketing strategies, AI for personalization, customer experience, influencer marketing, and social media analytics. In the field of Financial Technology, the journal addresses digital payments, QRIS, peer-to-peer lending, embedded finance, digital financial literacy, and fintech risk management from a business perspective.

The scope further covers Digital Transformation of MSMEs and Corporations, including technology adoption, digital readiness, business process reengineering, and business model innovation, as well as Business Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making, which involves business intelligence, predictive analytics for business, data governance, and ethics of consumer data utilization. Artificial Intelligence for Business is also included, focusing on the utilization of generative AI, chatbots, and machine learning for operational efficiency and customer service in business contexts.

Other areas are Digital Supply Chain and Logistics (green logistics, last-mile delivery technology, IoT in logistics, blockchain for traceability, and cold chain digitalization), Digital Entrepreneurship and Startups (digital entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, venture capital, growth hacking, and product-market fit), and Digital Governance, Ethics and Regulation (personal data protection, digital IPR, digital economy taxation, cybersecurity for business, and digital governance). The journal also welcomes manuscripts on Emerging Technologies in Business, such as the application of metaverse, Web3, NFTs, and DAOs in business and marketing contexts, as well as Information Systems for Business Management, covering ERP, CRM, SCM implementation, business intelligence, and information system adoption in organizations.

As a special focus, the journal pays particular attention to research that addresses issues of sustainability, inclusivity, and socio-economic impacts of digital business in Indonesia and the ASEAN region. GDBR welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and students from the disciplines of Business, Management, Accounting, Economics, and Information Systems.
